There are a few bricks and mortar retail establishments which use piñatas as decorations. I think that this is a great idea.
There are also some who use piñatas for their events. Also a great idea.
What’s missing? ADVERTISING
I heard form an unreliable source that we are exposed to more advertising in one typical day than our parents were exposed to in a year. That’s a lot of advertising!
We are getting virtually inundated with advertisements. Yes, even this blog is an advertisement. I am hoping that some of you will click on over to Piñata Supply Co and plan a piñata party. I admit it and you already knew that.
I think that its time we got clever as opposed to technical with our advertising. I think that instead of thinking “outside the box” we should think “Paper Mache”
Of course this does not work in the virtual realm but think about all the advertisements you saw as you were walking through the last bricks and mortar store you visited. Were there any piñatas? None? Were there any 3 dimensional advertisements? Not many.
I dare you to try it! . Replace the mundane with the fun! Buy a bunch of mini piñatas and use them to display your logo and/or hold your brochures, cards etc. Replace your displays with piñatas. I bet you’ll be remembered – in a good way!
Now for my usual advertisement: Don’t forget that you may always get great Mexican-made piñatas at Piñata Supply Co!
