The decision makers really do listen to you . An example of this is that the Christmas piñatas will be on sale for November and December instead of just December as was previously scheduled.
We also had some complaints about the Sponge Bob Square Pants piñatas. That piñata was not made in Mexico. We agree that the quality was not the same. It has been taken off of the website.
Having said all of that, I want to give you some tips about contacting online retailers:
1) Make sure that there is a way to respond to you. Positive or negative, make sure that your email address is correct. It is very frustrating to try to work with someone and have the email bounce.
2) Be clear about what it is that you would like. It’s OK to state a problem or suggestion in a couple of different ways. Everyone processes information differently. The more information that you give to us, the better we can give you what you want.
3) Be nice. If you are nice, almost everything is negotiable.
4) When giving positive feedback, please give more details! There are some great compliments that have passed through my virtual desk. Unfortunately, these were simply too short or too vague to put on the website.
